After a series of abandoned cars appear over town, everyone start to ask question. With no evidence left at the scene, along with any personal items belonging to the owns of the car, the cases go cold. That is until a scalp appears on the dashboard of the most recently abandoned call.
Detective Sarah Miller is great at her job, any case she had gotten has been solved. She gets put on the abandoned car case following the discovery of the scalp, but being stuck with a new partner may make it harder to solve.
