You cannot change the way the world works. He has always hated the place where he came from along with the people that ruled it. Justice, equality and valor meant nothing. Pretty words that only deluded fools would stand and would die for. Many people - the vast majority of people - was eluded by the disgusting masterpiece their Monarchy was. But that was not their fault. The poverty and despair the smaller factions lived in were already quite the burden to carry; let alone the entire facade behind the system. Things got bitter when a power that was supposed be secondary became the core and mercilessly manipulated the Monarchs' will. It had been like this ever since, and they were the root of all evil in his Kingdom. Because one thing was certain; They had forgotten the words they were taught to represent: Beyond wisdom, Beyond fate. Those words were the words of his nation. Those were the words he was taught to obey and wear as his own. But they were deeply buried under the destruction that now covered a once breathtaking world. Loyalties

Abd i'Adhith has always done everything for their kingdom, everything they were asked to do. But when their ruler suddenly abandons them on enemy territory, their whole world is flipped upside down, especially since this enemy kingdom seems ideal and welcoming. But it's not so easy turning the page on a kingdom you gave your entire life for, even if it would mean a better life. Torn between loyalty, betrayal, love, hate, identity, culture, beliefs, religion, family, friends, and acceptance, Abd i'Adhith only tries to survive through their loss without loosing themselves in the process. I'm really looking forward to constructive criticism, so feel free to let me know what you think of each chapter.
