When Music Collides is about a girl named Penelope, she is a christian from a strict abusive family home. She has never liked a boy before and tries to avoid them. She sings and plays guitar and piano. She dedicates her life to her music. On her first day of high school she meets the new student who is also a freshman, Max. They have every class together and he is in a band, follow their journey through love and the bad boy meets sweet girl who changes so much through out the story and tries to protect her sibling from her fathers swings of drunken violence..
