The world has been conquered by the disease called Impurity, and people are beginning to be contaminated by it. The symptoms are deadly as well as the effects. Theo is chosen to take part in the competition for the Bliss Serum. They are to prove themselves to the government if they are worthy enough to have this vaccine and use it wisely. Theo Everett, a sixteen year old boy, is determined to get the Bliss Serum to save his little sister's life. He teams up with new friends, Simon and Jenna, and they take part in this breath-taking adventure to obtain the Bliss Serum with back-stabbing betrayals along the way.
