This is just a book where i am going to share my dark thoughts because i know that nobody knows who i am here so i will not be judged. Some of them will be triggering so if you are going through depression its probably not safe for you. Its either good or bad for you but i am not sure. I personally suffer from depression and anxiety. I'm not sure if its severe but i feel like it. I use writing as a release when i am feeling extremely overwhelmed. Some of these, you may be able to relate to. I just hope i can help or inspire someone/anyone going through depression to realise that it is not all there is to us. We are so much more than this overwhelming emptiness that eats at us. It's gonna be okay.
