The Hazard System, a solar system very similar to our own, only with confirmed cases of life on different planets that are.. So much different than humans. Meriola, a planet where animals have somehow adapted and gained their own senses of humanity exist alongside actual humans. They have learned to control their primal urges to consume their own animal brothers and sisters, and instead wait until the end of each month, where their neighbouring planet of Cobala visit, giving the folks of Meriola a chance to satisfy their urges with the monthly Meatsack Squad. A group of human soldiers and one medic that are sacrificed to the folks of Meriola to keep the uneasy peace.

Prologue: Earth has found out they're not alone in the universe. An alien species have contacted Earth, giving them a chance to be protected by the aliens out there that threatens the universe. They inform them that there are in fact thousands of alien species out there. The alien race, who calls themselves Opsidians, offer Earth a chance at competing in the Games, a televised reality competition game they host. In order to win the protection, Earth will have to send a tribute to the Games. They know little to nothing about the Games or these alien species. But after consideration, they don't see the harm in sending one. And realise it might be their only chance.Complete
