It was 25 years later. We have been living with the Hunger Games going on for twenty five years now. Katniss and Peeta lost in their attempts to take down the Capitol and its wretched President Snow. Its the 4th Quarter Quell. Another twist is gonna be revealed. What was it gonna be? Who were the tributes? How tragic will Panem's story be? Well, I just wish for the best because all I know is this isn't gonna be your typical game of hunger.

Author Games: The Last Cannon
Each year, every twelve Districts must offer up one male and female tribute to fight in this pageant. A fight for glory, for honour, and a fight for their lives. This year is the second Quarter Quell, the fiftieth Hunger Games. The Capitol Games
Scarlett Rosalina Snow is the granddaughter of the famous President Snow, who used to rule the futuriststic world of Panem in a reign of horrible tyranny. The proposal to have a Games for the Capitol children was actually carried out, and now it is the 40th Capitol Games. But on Reaping Day, 15-year-old Scarlett hears her name after it was pulled out of the bowl. Will she be able to start a rebellion that can end the District's rule over them? Or will Scarlett always live in fear... if she survives? I'll explain more about the situation in the introduction, but basically, the new rulers of Panem decide to do a Capitol Games, where the children of the Capitol are tributes. 99 tributes - The 100th Hunger Games
The Mockingjay revolution got drowned in blood by the Capitol at the edge of victory. The remaining victors have all been executed. However, the Districts got better treated than ever before, the new president of Panem estimating that giving the rebels more liberty would prevent a new revolution. The only condition for this is the continuation of the Hunger Games. The Reaping is now far more just than before, only the children of criminals being chosen. But at the dawn of the 100th Hunger Games, celebrating the 4th Quarter Quell and 1st Century of Suffering, the twist announces a more sadic than ever edition, and an even better show for the Capitol.
