Rescuing the Enemy

Jasper has loved Ally since he first laid eyes on her when he moved to Ukemwa, a small town in rural Zhahios. He has always regarded Celesta as a friend, nothing more, and had his eyes set on Ally even though Ezrah had gotten there first. But, when Ally goes missing, with Ezrah nowhere in the picture, Jasper figures that he can save her from the vicious Rybee tribe which Jasper and Celesta think has captured Ally, he will be a hero in Ally's eyes. It doesn't exactly work out that way, however, and instead of the romance with Ally Jasp thought he would have after saving her, he finds something quite unexpected.
