Imagine this... What if your soul mate was the person who cut in front of you in line? What if your soul mate was your childhood best friend? Maybe they are in a whole different country and you have yet to find each other. But what if the person who you are meant to be with is dead? The last thing Elizabeth expected to happen when moving into a new house was that she was going to be sharing the space with someone other than her mom's new husband and his two sons. With the house now being occupied by a ghost over two hundred years old, Elizabeth quickly learns that he has no intention of going anywhere anytime soon. While trying to figure out what is keeping him from leaving, she finds herself bringing some of his secrets into the light. However, things start to take an unexpected turn and the deeper she digs into his past has Elizabeth realizing that sometimes things are better left kept in the dark. **I wrote this story years ago. I have now decided that I want to fix it. Feel free to read the original version if you can't wait for updates.
