A year after the Code Lyoko gang has discovered the Supercomputer and the world of Lyoko, they're still battling it out against X.A.N.A., the evil computer virus. Tired of always failing to connect the pieces to everything and above all, surviving the latest X.A.N.A. attacks, the group is surprised to find an unlikely ally hiding away in a seemingly invisible Lyokian tower.

This surprise goes by the name of Saphire Stonez and she claims to be Aelita's long-lost sister. She and Aelita were separated as kids when she was forced to live with their father, Franz Hopper, in a remote cabin in the forest, not too far from Kadic Academy and the factory that houses the Supercomputer. Or at least that's how her story goes. While the group is initially skeptical of her story, Saphire is able to prove she shares a connection with Aelita and Franz Hopper. She is also able to establish her intensive knowledge of Lyoko and the many other sectors that are a part of the virtual world.

Her explanation for how she knows all this? She's been living on Lyoko for eight years. While keeping her Human status a secret, she's managed to move in with a Lyokian family who accepted her as their own and allowed her to receive an education, make friends, and create a name for herself. Once Saphire found out she had a living Human sister back on Earth, she dropped everything to go seek her out and reunite with her.

Not having much choice but to wield this new piece of information, the group makes the decision to keep Saphire around, hoping she'll be the key to stopping X.A.N.A. once and for all. They allow her to join Kadic Academy and restart her life while joining in on epic adventures and creating loving memories together. What they don't know or realize, however, is that there is more to Saphire's story than she's let on, and while she is doing everything in her power to keep her new friends and family safe, her biggest secret might just be their undoing.

Chapters are being written currently, but please be patient! - Juniper spent her final teenage years alongside L in the orphanage. There, the two grew close and developed a bond unlike any other; they understand each other perfectly. Although they seem like opposites on the outside, if you pay attention, you can see their brains are wired the same. After a pause of not seeing each other, Juniper is invited to use her skills on the Kira case. What could be in the cards for these two orphans? - It flips back and forth between the present-day Kira Investigation and old memories of Juniper's. You see her hardships and excitements due to her autism, you see her attempting to bond with new friends, as well as her psychological analysis skills she uses to assist with the case in the modern day; then you explore a mix of her childhood wonder, grieving a loss along with origins of her trauma, and of course the beginnings of her and L's friendship, the pure enjoyment they had with one another. This story is meant to provide an autistic perspective to a reader-insert style of story, and highlight the goods and difficulties with autism as well as the joys and understanding that come with a neurodivergent friendship. The story does touch on more sensitive subjects, like taking medications(as prescribed), death of a loved one(su*c*de), meltdowns, overstimulation, and ableism. Still, they are done professionally for the purpose of education and awareness, and not romanticism. It's also a mix of a vent on occasion, typically in a "wanting comfort" type of deal, but those won't be as common. Read to see more of Juniper and L's story, to see their growth, and of course, to see my (slight) spin on the Death Note story :)

An internal voice whispered, "Call him." But I chose not to. I dismissed it once more, saying, "He never liked me anyway." Yet the dilemma lingered. "But maybe he does. The way he looks at you... it's different." Out of nowhere, he glanced my way. My heartbeat quickened, sending shivers down my spine. I averted my gaze, pretending to look around. "Has he noticed me? No, wait-oh my god." --- After switching high schools, Nina discovered a new way of life. She fell in love, made wonderful friends, and everything seemed perfect. But Ethan-a popular boy who never focused on anyone but her-was the object of her hatred. He was always there, always keeping her safe. He used to annoy her endlessly. She hated him deeply. Maybe no?" --- Started: 8 November 2021 Ended: 19 December 2022 Rewritten: December 2024 --- ### Rankings Goals So Far: #1 Adolescente #1 given up #1 blinddates #1 pretend #10 twistedromance #50 high school romance --- ### Notice: This is my first published story, and it contains numerous grammatical errors and bad editing. The Memory Auction by xxxxxxxxxyzsam
19 parts Complete
In a dystopian bazaar that exists outside time, people trade memories like currency. You can sell your happiest moment to buy a skill, or auction off your heartbreak to erase someone else's. But the more memories you lose, the more your identity fractures-and some traders aren't even human anymore. Chaotic Structure: Each chapter is written from a different memory's point of view. Time jumps erratically-sometimes forward, sometimes backward, sometimes sideways. Characters forget who they are mid-scene and start behaving like someone else. The narrative is interrupted by "memory glitches"-pages with corrupted text, missing words, or surreal imagery. The climax is a bidding war where the protagonist tries to buy back their childhood, but someone else already owns it. Main Character: A girl named Kira, who wakes up with no memories and a receipt for something she doesn't remember buying. She's determined to find out what she sold-and why it was worth everything And Aarav, Role: The Memory Broker Backstory: Aarav was once a neuroscientist who tried to cure his sister's amnesia by experimenting with memory transference. When the experiments went wrong, he lost his own memories and became a broker in the Bazaar-trading fragments of identity for survival. He now wears a mask made of old receipts and speaks in half-remembered proverbs. Personality: Mysterious, philosophical, and emotionally guarded Speaks in riddles and metaphors, but occasionally breaks into raw vulnerability Has a soft spot for Kira, though he pretends it's just business Conflict: He holds the key to Kira's lost childhood-but selling it might erase his last connection to his sister. Their destinies are tangled in a web of forgotten truths, and only one of them can reclaim what was lost without losing themselves.
