Humans lived as the dominant species for thousands of years, but when a powerful being of crystal was unearthed, their dominance was challenged by it. It began to turn humans into Crystallosts, covering their bodies in crystals that he controlled like a hivemind.
The Crystallosts began to trample human villages and kingdoms one by one until the humans began to push back, finding ways to smash these crystal attackers and protect themselves, but when the Crystallost began to create their own settlements and develop their own weapons, it has become an all-out war, with many humans joining the fight, but some being forced to stay behind and protect their homes and families, and some working on farms and factories to provide for the war.
Can the humans defeat the Crystallost, or will they wipe out humanity and claim the world for themselves and their Lord?

They came from nowhere. Just suddenly appeared in 1990 and made a few cities. Anthros is what they call themselves. They were taller than most humans. cutting themselves off from humans. Humans have tried talking to them but they never responded. Until 2023, they responded. They wanted a way to slowly engage their species with humans. Humans decided to use a transfer method. 1 human for each of the anthro city to the school of that city. They didn't allow any anthros to go to human society yet. There were 3 cities. Garrison, Relondrit, and Muldrow. Landon got sent to Muldrow. Landon is a 16-year-old sophomore. He's 6.5 caucasian with dark brown hair put into a mullet and dark green eyes. But he ain't no jock, he's a nerd, he doesn't have muscle because he's skinny. Like, see ribs skinny. He was quiet, always doing work and listening to music. (heavy metal and 2000s alternative) When the transfer system was close to the end of freshmen year had started. He immediately signed up. And since he was the first and had all A's except for 1 B (it's criminology) He got into it. So over summer break, he was taught by an anthro (Labrador) some of their traditions. The only difference between them and humans is that they 2 things. Every year for a month, the females get a heat cycle. (It's not the typical one. They can control it. It just makes them turn on more and easier. That's it. No franticly wanting sex.) they also have "Species Day". It's where multiple of the same group meet at various locations. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands.
