Jotaro's has been assigned to attend Kyoto University, he is to get a degree in Marine Biology, a subject of his choosing, whilst also tracking down a stand user that is believed to be stronger than anyone the Jostar's have ever encountered. Her stand us entirely unknown, her power and its range are as good a guess as any. Her bloodline though? It connects through centuries. The user? Saffron Giovanna, older sister to Giorno Giovanna. Jotaro's task is to get an in on her any way possible, to learn everything he possibly can without causing her to possibly kill everyone. Jotaro is about to experience a plethora of firsts and new experiences. Is this for better or for worst though?
