Set in the dystopian, retro-futuristic city of Vespa, Luna possesses the unique ability of controlling dreams. Because of this, her mentor sends her to participate in the annual exams held in a city where they value intelligence more than anything else. Her ability doesn't come without a peril, however. It may cost her own life when she is discovered.
