Art can take many forms. For Isaac Sage, it takes the form of food. Isaac is now a Michelin Starred Chef at the top of his game, but how did he get there? Was it talent? Was it hard work? Was it luck? Was it a combination of all three? Or is he a total fluke? All of these questions are flinging themselves against the sides of his head as he stands in the walk-in. He was just a kid looking for a job, but now he's about to serve a full house and probably the most important guest of his life.
