Evan works at a senior park ranger at Ellison and has his own apartment. His anxiety is getting better. It really is.
Jared's been out of college for a bit, and old Ann Arbor isn't looking to promising for a career in tech. Why not come back to Penfield? It's not like he's avoiding anything there.
Zoe is a musician, and if you don't like it, she doesn't really care. She's living with her girlfriend and things don't really affect her any more. (Except, they might.)
Alana is in her second year of law school at Yale, and really that's what everybody could've expected. She's always happy to be there for her for her girlfriend.
Heidi Hansen is getting married. Good for her.
Except that means Evan has a wedding to attend. And oh god, that probably isn't going to go well.
Zoe and Alana have other things to navigate. And they have their own story to tell.

This was my very first attempt at crafting an entire story from scratch all the way back in 2020, and I'd like to think my writing has since improved.
