The real story behind the USSR decrease in power. This superpower put a huge dent in the Halo Reach clan love. Although the fall of this clan was very late, all that matters is that they will not be able to dictate over the next few Halo Games, or destiny. All information is based on learned info, or experiences I faced as a mayor leader in this war.

Long ago a group of superheroes and villains worked together to prevent an invasion. But they managed to kill more people than they saved. Their destruction caused the perception of those with powers to dramatically shift; to the point of outcast. 50 years later crime has increased to the point where not even the police respond to calls.
