For a year, they become close friends. When Sang was 10, she was assigned an overseas mission as the boys were assigned a mission at a school to observe a group of five boys. While she was gone, they would send letters to each other until one letter broke their relationship. Now 17, Sang and her team moves back to South Carolina. On a mission, Sang, in a disguise, bumps into Mr. Blackbourne. What will happen when Sang meets the Blackbourne team and her two former friends? Nine boys saved Sang from her abusive home. Nine boys loved her, and she loved them. But nine boys wouldn't let her learn to stand on her own two feet. Nine boys had her on a pedestal and was keeping her chaste and innocent until they decided it was just puppy love and they wanted a mature relationship. They'd grown apart or so they thought.
