    Soon to be turning, 16, wannabe-grown-up Taylor meets the new guy guy at school, the gorgeous sex god Luke Hemmings. Unfortunately , he is already dating the schools tall, blonde, skinny and perfect head cheerleader Kate, who also happens to be Taylor’s arch-enemy and the school’s biggest evil backstabbing bitch. 
    Along for the ride of the rollercoaster that is Taylor’s life, are her try-to-be-to-helpful but clueless parents, her cat Angus, a creepy kissing coach and her friends, Tessa, Lauren and Abby, as she comes up with many ways to throw the best birthday party ever and get the boy of her dreams!!!
