Karin, Naruto's cousin tells him the truth and that Naruto left out clues for him to escape and that he wasn't allowed to leave the dome till his old age, she also told him that Naruto still loved him dearly . With that Sasuke decided to save Naruto from the dome he was in but it would be very difficult.
