In a world without power, the colony of Noxia has certainly found its own way to thrive. A decade after the great Outage, society has adjusted well to the loss and created its own technologies. Despite regular attacks and societal stress, Noxia is a shining light to the rest of North America, and hope that the world can recover from the greatest disaster in recorded history.
Tristan finds himself in the middle of the colony's politics. With his adopted parents being the monarchs of the town, he regularly looks for any kind of way to escape his training and constant pressure to perform.
