Joeffery Joestar is a fairly normal 16 year old who's life is turned upside down when he finds a piece of an ancient artifact called The Stand Arrow. Joeffery and some new found friends then embark on a journey across The United States to gather and the pieces of the arrow and use it for good.

1 year after the Crusaders defeated Dio. Since SDC started in late '87 and ended in early '88, it's now early '89). The SPW Foundation sends Jōtarō and Polnareff out to find the arrows that awaken stands, as it's told in VA (I know it happens in the '90s but let's say the research started in '89 cause I didn't want too much time to have passed for the pain to be still high). So they re-take the trip, and get to Enya's hotel at some point.
