A Japanesse Albino girl escapes a Government lab located in America, that are pulling illegal tests her due to her secret ability. When she escapes, on her journey back to Japan to be with her lilltle sister she gets hit with opsticals. On her way she also meets a American boy and a questions pops up. "Does this American boy also have a ability of his own.?"
