Okay so basically I came up with this in a few minutes, and I don't really see a lot of Iida angst so I thought I'd make one. To be honest this could actually be canon but probably not- oh well. and in this it's going to be a Seriida, Sero has family issues and Deku bullies Iida. but nobody knows (except Bakugou- for reasons) because in front of people Deku acts nice to Iida. A (kinda) slow burn BKDK story that takes place after the epilogue of MHA. After Bakugo spends his whole life competing Izuku to be the best, they both land at rock bottom, or at least it feels that way to Bakugo. After Izuku becomes a teacher and rejects Bakugo's offer to join his agency even after all the work Bakugo, Iida, Shoto, and Uraraka put in to save up for a suit for him with Bakugo behind it all, Bakugo is left devastated.
