Ultima Magica

Growth. Enlightenment. Resolve. These three words comprise the mantra repeated daily by the nomadic Felreath clan: a clan of traveling mages who seek to learn every school of magic known. Their goal: attain the enlightened state of Ultima Magica, a state of being in which one's own energy merges with the ebb and flow of magic in the Universe, creating an ultimate being.

These three words, growth, enlightenment, and resolve, have been repeated by a lone Erikan Felreath ever since his departure from his clan. The purpose of the Felreaths was to unite as one unit in search of the Ultima Magica, yet Erikan knew his destiny was to face this journey alone. In a world of magic, monsters, strange technology, and odd lands, he must walk alone, yet for how long?

Join our hero as he goes from a basic understanding of magical principles to a potential master of his craft and beyond. Fight with him, grow with him, learn with him, make friends, make enemies, and ultimately progress alongside our hero.

Ultima Magica is meant to be a long-form weekly updated adventure following a character from next to nothing to eventually soaring new heights. Ultimately inspired by Chinese Xianxia fantasy, in which a protagonist progresses from little to no skill to a veritable god, and where satisfaction comes from joining the character in their progress. With more of a Western spin involving magic and myth of all sorts, Ultima Magica will be an evolving epic intended to involve and engage with an ever-growing community of readers.
