After the events of bakugou's rescue in season 3 , toga was apprehended by the U.A. While she was captivated by them , Overhaul(the season 4 villian) was coming up with a new plan to defeat the heroes.
Toga was given a chance to join the heroes to defeat Overhaul and soon started to fall in love with a hero that she is close to from the start.

The actors also share share their name with the character they play. With the first season being quite a success, it didn't take long for the second season to be green-lidded. Along with the second season though came new actors/actresses. Among those actors was Himiko Toga who was a big fan of season one and was excited to have a role in season two, not only that but she was also excited to be acting alongside with the main lead of the show who she was a big fan of.
