Supergirl comes back from Argo City to discover something has happened. No one in National City seems to know who Lena is, including Lena herself. Kara must find out how the amnesia came about and how to reverse it. But does she really want to? After events that happen far too quickly Kara has to come up with a plan to protect her best friend and keep an eye on her. What she comes up with is a bit unorthodox.
I dont own the characters they belong to CW. Basic plot idea came from movie Overboard which I also dont own.

She's to take care of their youngest daughter Lena, who's been forced to move back in with her mother after a devastating explosion at her job, causing multiple fatalities and her brother's incarceration, nearly killed her too. That's been a year ago and physically, Lena is fine, but she has a severe depression and needs someone to look after her. That's where Kara comes in. During her time with the Luthor's she slowly finds out there's a little more going on, though. Kara paced the bathroom floor. Something had made her choose to do this, but she didn't know what. She continued to pace for three minutes until the timer went off. Once it did she raced into the kitchen and grabbed the test on her sink. She turned it over and saw the words PREGNANT, sprawled on the screen. "I-i can't be!" Kara said to herself. Seconds later her door flew open, causing her to hid the test and turn. "Oh it's just you, Lena you scared me" Kara said. She had tears in her eyes but refused to let them fall. - After a drunk slip up with Lena, Kara ends up pregnant with her child. Before Kara has a chance to tell her, Lena ends their friendship after finding out the truth of Kara's identity. Kara leaves National City without telling a soul about the baby or about Lena . When Lena finds out she makes Kara move in with her for the remaining months of her pregnancy.
