Hello Roses! After a three year hiatus, I am finally back! To the readers of The Rose, I apologize for the not updating the story for a long time - really long time. I was busy at work and school, and so I had to postpone updating it. A family member of mine encouraged me to continue writing the story. She was delighted to see the positive comments you guys left, and no one appreciates it more than I do. It truly makes me happy! Now, I promise you that I will keep you updated with fresh chapters every week to keep the story going. I re-read the entire story, and I found out that there are a lot of things to improve(grammar, scenarios, plot), and so I decided to edit the entire story starting from the very beginning(this occupied most of my time). Yes, please feel free to re-read the story from the very beginning because a lot of scenarios were added for your convenience! :) I apologize in advance to the readers for the grammar/spelling/typo mistakes. No excuses, I am obviously not an expert! However, please feel free to message me for the corrections anytime, and I would gladly edit it. Lastly, napansin niyo siguro - bakit parang ang tagal magka-developan nung mga bida? At bakit ang dami nilang dialogues together? Well, that is because I want the lead characters to create a memorable time together. You will figure out what I mean as you read along . And most importantly, I want to highlight how a normal conversation between two people are - that it is not fast paced, and a lot of things really do happen in a day. :) That's it for now! However for comical purposes, the story had small amounts of timeline irregularities. All "historical claims" are fictional and only based on my own interpretation with little of what we know of pre-colonnial Philippines around 2004 when this novel was first written. Disclaimer: I have thrown the words straight from the original unedited manuscript - so errors will be present. But I'm still hoping for your appreciation. Kung hindi ka open-minded, better not read this. :) Nangyari sa tunay na buhay, pinalitan ang pangalan ng mga karakter para di obvious, may mga parte ng istoryang may dagdag-bawas para mas masaya. If at any point ay may kakilala kayo who is going through the exact same situation, wala po akong pakealam. Wag na po mag-urirat kung tungkol kanino at para kanino ang istoryang ito. Pero nakasisiguro po ako na may mapupulot na kahit konting aral ang magbabasa nito. Rated R po yung story (and I dunno the reason for them to give me such rating. Mehehehe!)
