After the death of his parents, Brad Cooper is forced to work as an agent for the CIA working with the NSA because a a threat has been imposed to the PRISM, a work of his late dad. Little did Brad know that he was the only person on Earth to hold the chip which contained all of the PRISM's confidential access and overdrive keys.
