Tsuchigumo Yamiyo is best college friends with Mina Ashido. But she is also the daughter of Villains: Miss Web and The Silencer.
Yamiyo has two quirks, one is a hybrid mutation of her birth mother's spider quirk so she has 6 human arms. One set is on top of her "normal ones" and another is below. Her other quirk is Psychokinesis like her other mother's. That's right two gay moms!
