Percy Jackson, having come off the victory against his ex-father and his supporters, is now a God. The Fates determined it was his time to become one, and not even giving Zeus the option on if Percy becomes a god or not. 

Now Percy has to navigate his growing feelings for Artemis, and the asking of help from a certain annoying, now mortal, god. Will he snap, or will he come out to eventually help said god, only time will tell, and the author's direction of which the story will go.
