Charles Ari Dare has lived his whole life in the wrong body. A trans gay Roman Catholic 15 year old who was born to an unmarried couple and was raised by his father and step mom, not to mention the fact he lives in the closet of his best freind and cousin Rachel, after he ran away when his father and step brother died in a car crash. Charlies life is hard enough but when Rachel tells him to pack his stuff and get in the car to take him to a camp for demigods his life gets twice as hard. At camp he is faced with that fact that his godly mother the goddess of ice Khione really want to kill him and he takes a turn for the worst. Not to mention the fact that Rachel who is his more of his older sister then his cousin is being really overprotective. But when the Camp Half-Blood Homecoming comes in September Charlie meets a Satyr who Charlie just might open up to until the clock strikes midnight.
