The neon district, is a city filled with money, criminals, and injustice. The neon district is known for the corrupted justice system. The FCA, they control all of district and make the laws. If anyone gets in their way, they have a right to kill you. In this story, a group of people try to and overthrow the FCA, by digging up the horrible things they do to people.
