❝rise in peace.❞

At nearly eighteen years old, Ashley Adams has had a much more complicated life than others her age. Besides the normal issues teenagers face (can anyone say relationship drama?), she and her mystery club called Sibuna have been witness to the finding and creation of the Cup of Ankh, and they've been cursed by a forgotten ruler of Egypt and forced to locate the Mask of Anubis. Now it's time for senior year, and they're down a member of Sibuna, and a new American girl arrives with secrets of her own and a mysterious key. There is a reawakening about to happen, and the further down the rabbit hole Ashley falls, the more likely it is she won't be able to crawl back up. The mystery deepens, as they say.

Endgame; House of Anubis *B3* by SarahRCubitt13
94 parts Complete
Endgame (noun): the final stage of a game when only a few pieces remain. A new year at Anubis House means new secrets, new dangers-and some familiar faces missing. With Nina Martin staying behind in America, Camilla-Anne Rutter figures life might finally slow down. (As if.) Instead, she and Eddie start sharing visions: a dying man, a strange key, and a warning tied to new girl KT. Whatever's coming, it's dragging them all straight into another deadly mystery-and Camilla's not about to let her Osirian face it alone. As clues start stacking up, so do the red flags. Miss Denby, the new teacher, spends way too much time whispering with Victor and Mr. Sweet. (Because sure, that's totally normal. Maybe they're planning an opera-themed bake sale?) Camilla knows better: something bigger-and darker-is moving just beneath the surface. But nothing can prepare her for the truth about her own magic. The family obsession with Egypt isn't just a harmless quirk; it's a legacy, ancient and powerful, and Camilla's destiny is far more tangled with the past than she ever imagined. The final moves have begun. Loyalties will be tested, powers unleashed, and the secrets of Anubis House may finally come to light. Ready or not, it's endgame-and this time, not everyone will get out unscathed. If you like this book, you should check out the rest of the series: Cover by SarahRCubitt13 *Disclaimer: I do not own House of Anubis. All of that belongs to Hans Bourlon and Gert Verhulst. I, however, own Camilla-Anne Rutter and her little storyline :P I hope you enjoy it!*

Thea, an archeologist intern from a British museum in London, but also a fish out of water amongst the gilded elite at an opulent Egyptian-themed party, only agreed to attend to appease her social butterfly best friend. The whispered ancient secrets across the walls of the mansion is a dream come true for her but masked between Nefertitis and Ramseses, she seeks refuge in a quieter wing of the estate, only to stumble upon a hidden sanctuary overflowing with ancient artifacts, a dimly lit spacious space filled with ancient relics and silent statues that seem to watch her every move. Not meaning to, she overhears a chilling plot of revenge orchestrated by the masked figure. The speaker, masked as the imposing god Anubis, is clearly the mastermind. Catching her eavesdropping behind one of the statues, the only thought is that she will get killed but he proposes an unusual bargain - a kiss, to ensure her silence, to bind her to his secret. But as he pulls her closer, his touch sending shivers down her spine despite the danger, Thea senses this is more than just about keeping her quiet. She knows that a kiss in a situation like this is never just a kiss. Anubis, clearly doesn't mind that she's an outsider because there's no way he will let her go, knowing his secrets. Only way to do that is to keep her close, in any way possible. That means, stalk her to the very detail.
