I have a lot of pain that I am setting loose through my poetry. Each poem is a story based on my true life events. I am recovering. If you or anyone else is facing active suicidal thoughts or active mortally dangerous thoughts, please seek emergency help. It's ok to ask for help. This is part of the excepting process. Call your local emergency line, or contact crisis hotlines if you feel more comfortable doing that. You can always contact the crisis hotline even if you are not actively thinking these things. Therapy works for some as well. You aren't weak for stepping up and seeking progress in your personal life. Please stay safe and others. <3
