Sypnosis:

Si Ginoong Joselito Dela Vega ay isang magiting na mandirigma ng mga pilipino. Sya ay matipunong lalaki. Sya ay mabuting anak at mabuting heneral. 

Sa pagdating ng mga amerikano sa Madriaga ay tuluyan nilang sinakop ang bayan. Isa sya sa nagtanggol sa bayan ngunit hindi nila nagawang ipagtanggol ang bayan na kanilang sinilangan pagkat malakas ang pwersa ng mga amerikano kaya nagawa nilang lisanin na lamang ang kanilang bayan. 

Hirap mamuhay ng nagtatago, kinakailangan pa nilang magnakaw para lamang makakain. Malayo rin ang kanilang napuntahan. Narating nila ang lungsod ng Laguna. Nanirahan sila sa gubat. Isang araw wala silang makain kaya kinakailangan nilang muling magnakaw. Ngunit sa kanilang hakbang iyon ay dahilan ng kanilang pagkabigo. Maraming namatay at isa lamang ang nabuhay.

Doon nakilala ni Joselito si Binibining Angelita. Ang babaeng nagligtas sa kanya at ang babaeng magkapatid ng kanyang puso.
