Sometimes we need time to heal the wounds from the past and move on with our life. Maybe the greatest moment in life happens when we choose to share everything with everyone around us. But sometimes, keeping it all to ourselves is much better. 

This book is written to appreciate every single moment of silence and to prove that sometimes, silence is the best therapy for mind, soul, and for life itself.
