Makalipas ang maraming araw at linggo hanggang sa maging matalik na magkaibigan ang dalawa. Palagi na silang nagpupunta sa abandonadong building ng school nila para duon kumain ng mga dala ni Maidel, magkwentuhan at magtawanan.

Hanggang isang araw, nagpasya umamin si Bryle kay Maidel ng totoo nitong nararamdaman, na tinanggap naman ni Maidel ng buong puso.

Kaya nga lang, ay ang naging problema nila, ay tutol ang kanilang parehong magulang sa relasyon ng hidalawa, at ipinasyang ipakasal si Bryle kay Angela na anak ng business  partner ng pamilya nila Bryle.

Nagdesisyon silang dalawa na magtanan dahil dito, kaya nga lang, nang papunta na si Bryle sa kanilang tagpuan ay biglang bumangga ang sinasakyan nito. At napabalitang patay na ang binata.
