This a short story based on two characters I am developing a short novel of. Eris and Astrea are two girls very different but yet bound by friendship. Discovery: I recently helped my brothers friend with his English assignment and came across the Declaration of Independence, also I had recently read an article about people blaming minorities for the Corona Virus outbreak. This led me to the character of Astrea, a girls so kind hearted and pure and Eris a character who is ignorant and small minded. I explored the story from both point of views, initially writing a monologue from both perspectives, but decided upon a third person narrative using Astrea as the protagonist. I did try and work with the questionnaire but ended up writing too much, thus decided to focus on the most important aspects, that are relevant for this piece. I feel like I was able to explore both characters and feel like Astrea is the character driving this piece. I was surprised how the characters actions and how she perceives her environment reveal so much about her. I hope you enjoy reading it and I look forward to your feedback.

It has grammatical and spelling mistakes, and also may sometimes feel like the characters are out of their mind but trust me, the book is worth giving a shot. All rights are reserved for this book.
