There is a woman who is a Demon Vampire. Her name is Kallistê and she's been alive almost over 4000 years. She was born a human but an event caused her to become a Vampire. A few years later, she found a Demon sword and over the years of using it, it made her Half Demon and Half Vampire, the very first of her kind. That's how she came by the nickname Demon Vampire Queen, for she is powerful and the only one of her kind.

She's been friends with the Joestar family for over a thousand years and practically helped raise each new member of the Joestar family, being a mother figure to each of them. Over the years, many fall for her, but she chooses none until she finds her mate.

She watches each Joestar live and die. Each time, when a Joestar dies, her eyes become noticably dull. They won't shine as bright till she finds her mate and lives a happy life...
