Skyla was his home, his everything. He loved her with everything in him, but when Sam left for college, John buckled down and made Dean leave Skyla. Both Skyla and Dean were devastated, but Dean followed his father's orders like he always had before. 

     Dean needed to save Skyla. Skyla needed Dean to save her. Saving Skyla meant telling her everything; everything she didn't already know. Would Skyla be able to accept that Dean was a hunter? Would Skyla be able to accept that her life was in danger since she had been involved with Dean for so long? Would Dean leave her and everything they ever had behind just to protect her and himself? Now being 20 years old and not having to learn anything about hunting or protecting herself, let alone have friends or people to talk to, she's simply stuck in this state of depression where she can't get out of...
