"Dungeon after dungeon
I dig deeper
And deeper.
Only to find
The world is hollow
On the inside.
There lies
No treasure
Within it,
But the only one
Within you
And within me."
Pulsating walls, echoing within them the hollow whispers of my dense yet subtle silence. In my search, I trek a path, too bleak. What is it then, that I seek ? Fumble tread walks down hill roads, where do they lead ? In this empty dark, brooding land, does your soul still breathe ?
As for me, I am, but a passer by, a seeker that seeks the solace which fills, each of my veins. And yet, that which I seek, mustn't be put to these words, for these words are too weak.
Talk of the world, the world lies hollow. Deep sunken trenches, frozen peaks arch high. What blooms today, must wither tomorrow.
And yet again I sink to seek what lies within, for all else is dust, to dust it returns.
That treasure but, the one that lies within, the one that lives, to the end of time.
Within you. Within me.
Is it what I seek ?
