Since ancient history, celestial wizards have been keepers of different worlds. They are the only beings able to freely travel to different worlds. As celestial mages, they have the duty to maintain order in all of the worlds.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The fairy tail guild has just disbanded after their long fight against Tartaros. Each fairy tail mage sets off on their own quest, leaving Lucy alone. When Anna Heartfilia pays Lucy a visit, she learns about their main duty as celestial wizards and how they're the keys to balance in the different wolds. Gaining Courage: The Search for the Lost Keys (a Fairytail Galu story) by CrackFairytail
45 parts Complete
Set after the Fairy Tail Alvarez story arc with slight alterations. Lucy Heartfilia 'the light' of Fairy Tail is hiding an important fact from her guild family. With everyone finally getting over the devastation of the Great Fairy War and the loss of their friends, Lucy has been hesitant to tell them that she must leave. Aquarius her first celestial spirit friend that she had to sacrifice for the guild's sake some years ago has finally been granted a new key. With the search possibly taking years how can she tell them that they may lose her too. Making the hard choice, Lucy sets out on the journey to find her lost spirit: with monsters, dark guilds, and the resident bad guy in attendance she has her work cut out for her. Meeting up with old friends and new enemies along the way Lucy must prove herself worthy and strong enough to once more own the last Zodiac key. When you throw in a surprising love interest of a grumpy dragonslayer on a path to self-destruction you get a recipe that might mend more than one broken heart. What is Lucky Lucy of Fairy Tail to do. She's all fired up now! AN: For the reader's information, this story will be about Lucy Heartfilia Celestial Spirit Wizard: not dragon slayer, not dragon princess, not all powerful being. Don't get me wrong those types of stories have their place in the fanfiction community, but I always think if you're going to change the character that much then you might as well just create an O.C. Lucy is strong in her own right exactly as she is and I'm tired of people thinking all she's accomplished over the years isn't worth anything. With gold Zodiac keys and seventy-six silver keys up for grabs there should be enough magic to keep anyone entertained. Well that's my little rant, enjoy the story. p.s. I'll try to update once a week, but please don't kill me if I might be late. By the way Fairy Tail is the property of Hiro Mashima. All I own is the present story line.
