Vixen Milbourne's a 16-year-old teenage girl who lives in the heart of New York City. She's an aloof and distant character who seems to feel nothing but hatred and disgust for the entirety of the human population. She would want nothing more than to move out of the bustling city to a more quiet and secluded area, preferably with no neighbors.

With such a negative perspective on humanity, it's expected that she would put herself above making friends of any kind, but there is one exception: April O'Neil, a girl who is so honestly kind, heartfelt, and passionate, Vixen can't help but tolerate her.

One night, Vixen, April, and April's father: Kirby O'Neil, were walking home when they're surrounded by a group of identical men who end up kidnapping both April and Kirby, much to Vixen's anger. Joining a band of 4 mutant ninja turtles and their mutant rat sensei, she gets dragged into a battle that ends up being much more complex than she ever imagined. A clan of ninjas ruled by a vengeful master, a race of alien robots bent on taking over the planet, other random annoyances who just get in her way, and 4 obnoxious teenage boys.
