"It just makes no sense. It's all fairytales and crap, isn't it? I mean... monsters? Really? Those don't exist."

Cory had always been under the assumption that the story of "the monsters in the mountain" had been just that, a story. After all, monsters didn't TRULY exist... they're just made up things to tell to little kids to scare them, right? They couldn't possibly exist. In a stupid attempt to prove that the stories weren't real, Cory climbs MT. Ebott. The mountain who surely spoke doom for anyone's fate...and Cory's pushed his own much too far; eaten up and having fallen below to the underground.

Having to traverse the lands alone, with no guidance or protection, Cory must find a way to keep his SOUL safe... and come to terms with the fact that, yes, the monsters under his bed were indeed real... and now he has to help them, too.

After the barrier on the Underground, the monsters come out but to only be feared by humans. They decide that they will live on MT EBOT, away from the humans so that they do not disturb them. Sans volunteered to go get everything the monsters needed when they needed it. So when a certain skeleton with pink slippers and a blue jacket makes it to the internet and catches the eye of Nick Fury as a potential threat, things get weird.
