Richie Tozier has only one friend, Stan Uris, but when a new boy comes to Derry Richie is transfixed. Richie and Stan become friends with a group of kids in their grade and call themselves 'The Losers Club'. Eventually the new boy, Eddie Kaspbrak, starts hanging out them and Richie falls for him.
This is set in a universe where the pennywise encounters never happened
