"I need to go!" I shouted at him.

His tears are falling. His knees are trembling. I was schocked when he kneeled in front of me, getting strength from my bare feet.

"Please don't leave me." he said weakly while looking at me in the eyes. It pains me to hear him plea but I can't do anything about it.

"I said I need to go!" but I was more shocked when he stood up and wiped his tears aggressively. He looked at me coldly like how he looked at me when our eyes first met. Cold and void of any emotion.

"I am here to say that I want to finish what we started. I want us for real. " a tear fell but he wiped it immediately. "But based on what I'm seeing right now, you don't wish the same."

I looked away, unable to look at his eyes filled with pain.

"Go chase your dreams and never look back at me again."
