Gabriel Domingo is the boss of a little trio of friends who have all been born with abnormal super powers, each one stemming from an element born of their most prevalent characteristic. Something is stirring in the city of Fox Bay, and it isn't just the corrupt police looking to book the talented trio. A plot over 15 years in the making is slowly coming to fruition....
