A Knights of the Nine Spin-off Mankind and every race on earth ended abruptly. On August of 1320, a series of climactic events took place. The first eruption of Mount Volgor happened during the Siege of Awkfall in the Northern province of Condor, Radia. Condor was at war once again. The Isles of Udgard remained independent under the leadership of King Kahn The IV. The Oceanic War began in 1319 and will end in 1320 with the third and final eruption of Mount Volgor. Darkness an ash swept over the world. Time ceased and humanity and all its other races ceased along with time. The New Empire had fallen with the death of Elven Master Quinlan, Condor was back to its past of war. But this story takes place after the eruption with Humanity being restored and starting the 2nd age of Humanity. This story takes place four years after the eruption. The first 3 beginning years saw Condor unite as a whole with the rise of a new army led by a New Empire Human candidate: Ryan Opicius. Born under The Great Sun and its light, Ryan quickly took the city of Acadame by storm in the 2nd year of the 2nd age of Humanity. The siege is titled The Rise of The Great Sun and Acadame is renamed to Opiciuan. At the beginning of the 3rd year of the 2nd age of Humanity, the Condorian War began. Awkfall is the first city to fall to The Great Sun, leaving the eastern shores of Condor easy pickings. The next city in Ryan's sight was the border city of Vex, once a rich city now a slum. But what caused the world to go into absolute chaos and meet its bitter end in the fall month of October of 1320? One man knew, a mage, yet he disappeared along with his tower months prior to the events. Did he know the world would end? Did he cause the world to end? And how did humanity come back in the blink of an eye, leaving them to think nothing had happened since the eruption when in reality, months went by. Yet humanity and its races reset time and continued doing what they do best... War.

"Dressed in bronze chainmail armour like a snake's skin, a heavy silver, poison dipped arrow in his hand, a bow on the other, and face blocked off by his helmet, the knight stood his ground on top of the mountain's cliff as the dragon swooped down at him. On and on they went, shooting arrows and fire at each other, until the man was down to his last arrow. The evil, obsidian beast and its radiant blue flames had taken everything from him. And now he would do the same. But as he placed his last arrow on his bow, the dragon came down at him with his sharp, charcoal black talons and slashed at the knight. The beast tore through his armour and body, pushing him back with the powerful beating if his wings. As the young knight tumbled downhill, a strange beauty came running into the clearing at the bottom of the beast's layer. His helmet slipped off his head and revealed a bloody, bruised face. A familiar face. And it was only then, I realized the knight was me, and woke up with gasp." --- Find out what happens in Alex Beck's story, The Blood of the Beast.
