The Mark was a gift they told me. The Mark is a blessing.
When I was born, I was born with the most powerful mark known to our kind, the Enchanted Ones. It was said to give the one who received it all sorts of powers for all sorts of different things.
It was suppose to make me special.
It did the opposite.
Now I run around here in the halls of the academy and town and other random places with my friends trying to find something that never came to me. Something that was meant for me. Something meant for everyone with the Mark.
A power. At least one. Just one.

I know what you must be thinking. Why not name this title ' the adventures of Sharkboy, lavagirl and whatever my name is'? Well because that would of ruin the whole story. For this is not really my story, i was not created as a dream. I'm an actual human and I did not come from max, nor planet drool. I was born on earth like every other normal child there is. The only thing different about me is that I have a special power. Although I don't seem to know about this power, nor understand how to use it I'm a main target for everyone. I can rather save everybody from a terrible event or destroy everyone within seconds. Because of this I am very weary around people and shy too. As I try my best to blend in it becomes harder and harder each day to keep my self from exposing this energy. The worse part is I don't even know I have it! Well not until later on. This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. Now Scarlett has to find the missing creatures along with finding a way back to her realm. What realm did she land in? The place where everyone thought was a myth, the human world.
