how the 74th Hunger Games should have happened

I loved The Hunger Games but what about the Games it self? I want to change the 74th Hunger Games. I will be changing P.O.V.'s so you don't know who wins, I might have liked the previous winner but wanted to change the order of the deaths, I also have a favorite district and favorite characters. But I also like the new developed characters I've been creating so who knows who can win. And just because I love a character, doesn't mean i'll have them win because the fans might want something differently. Who knows who will win
